Research shows that dance can play a vital role in ensuring a longer and better quality of life. This programme introduces experienced ballet teachers to the principles which guide Silver Swans®, with a focus on devising and delivering safe and inclusive ballet classes for older learners, and strategies which engage students with diverse experiences and abilities.
