EXAMINATIONS
We offer a wide range of exams and assessments to motivate and reward students of all ages and abilities. Our focus is on creativity and musicality, providing opportunities to progress and achieve. It’s not just professional or young dancers who take our exams; age is no barrier to success. At any stage of your life or career you can develop your fitness, musicality and artistry. Our candidates range in age from 2 to 60!
CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COURSES
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) with the RAD is an opportunity for you to develop your knowledge and skills whether you’re a dancer, a teacher running your own dance school, a choreographer, an arts administrator, or simply interested in dance. We can provide you with a variety of activities and content from webinars and in-person workshops, to longer events that allow you to network with other dance professionals from around the world.
First Aid Workshop for Dance - Child Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation
The Child Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CCPR) workshop is a half-day workshop that will focus on CPR skills and choking management skill for children.

Common Injuries in a Dance Environment– from a Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon's Perspective
This half-day interactive workshop focuses on common lower back injuries and anatomical issues that occur among children aged 2.5 to 15, typically observed in a dance environment, from the perspective of an experienced Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon.

Safeguarding Children in Dance (Cantonese)

Syllabus Strategies: Focus on Grades 4-5
A one day workshop in which participating teachers will gain an understanding of how to teach the Grade 4 & 5 syllabi. Learning activities will focus on creating appropriate development exercises to encourage an accurate interpretation of the criteria used in the mark scheme of the examination.
